We recommend booking 2–3 weeks out for local moves, and 4–6 weeks for long-distance or peak-season moves (May through August). That said, don't let timing stop you — we specialize in last-minute and same-day moves. If you need to move this week or even today, call us directly and we'll make it happen.
For local moves, it's hourly with a minimum — based on crew size, truck size, and distance. For long-distance, it's a fixed price based on weight, miles, and services. Either way, you get a written quote upfront. No hidden fees, no "fuel surcharge" tacked on at the end.

Damage happens in less than 0.3% of our moves — and when it does, we take full responsibility. All interstate moves are regulated by the FMCSA. By default, your shipment is covered under Released Value Protection at $0.60 per pound per article at no additional charge (the federally required minimum). For greater peace of mind, we also offer Full Value Protection, which covers the cost of repair, replacement, or a cash settlement at current market value. We file claims promptly, follow through until resolved, and never go silent after moving day.
Yes — pianos (uprights and grands), gun safes, hot tubs, pool tables, art, antiques, and pretty much anything that needs a specialist. We have the gear and the crew for it. Mention it when you book so we can plan accordingly.
Yes — boxes, tape, paper, bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes, and specialty crates. You can buy materials from us and pack yourself, or have us pack everything for you. Most clients do a mix.
