50STATEMOVERS INC · Last updated: May 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and moving services provided by 50STATEMOVERS INC ("50STATEMOVERS," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

50STATEMOVERS INC provides long-distance and interstate moving services across the continental United States. Services include packing, loading, transport, unloading, and storage. Specific services and pricing are outlined in a written quote provided before booking.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on information you provide, including origin, destination, home size, and items to be moved. Quotes are binding when confirmed in writing. Additional charges may apply if the actual shipment weight, distance, or scope of services differs materially from what was quoted. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.

3. Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm your move date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. All payments are non-refundable except as described in Section 4.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5. Liability & Valuation

50STATEMOVERS INC provides basic released-value protection at no additional charge, covering $0.60 per pound per article as required by federal law. Full-value protection coverage is available for an additional fee and must be selected before the move. We are not liable for damage to items improperly packed by the customer, inherently fragile items not disclosed prior to the move, or items of extraordinary value not declared in advance.

6. Customer Responsibilities

7. Arbitration Program

Agreement to Arbitrate. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services — including disputes about the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination of these Terms — shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened misappropriation or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Arbitration Procedure. Arbitration will be conducted in the state where your move originated, or by telephone or video conference if agreed by both parties. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@50statemovers.com within 30 days of first using our services. Opting out does not affect any other terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 50STATEMOVERS INC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific move giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Interstate moving services are also subject to applicable federal regulations including those of the FMCSA.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
