Agreement to Arbitrate

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services—including disputes concerning their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination—shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules instead of through court proceedings.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that arbitration will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class arbitration, consolidated proceeding, or representative action.

Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration will occur in the state where your move originated or may be conducted by telephone or video conference if both parties consent.

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court with proper jurisdiction.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@50statemovers.com within 30 days of your first use of our services.

Choosing to opt out affects only the arbitration provision and does not impact the remainder of these Terms.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of 50STATEMOVERS INC for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific move giving rise to the claim.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the United States and the state applicable to your move, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Interstate moving services are also subject to regulations enforced by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).


10. Changes to These Terms

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
